Our mandate is two-fold: being a force for nation-building—and helping our partners to do the same—while making profits.

We fulfill our mandate by attacking poor modularity of external project resources and capabilities that impedes nation-building by modularising in-house and regional EPCC expertise, funds & project-sourcing capabilities into service components that can be easily accessed, mixed and matched across mega project specifications and interoperate in unison as parts of holistic project systems ​to enable and change the trajectory of nation-building.
