  • Timely delivery of projects and services to meet our customer’s requirements;
  • Continual improvement of our process and systems towards perfection by complying with ISO 9001:2015 requirements; • Ensuring our personnel is properly trained so they are better able to serve our customers.
  • COMPANY QUALITY OBJECTIVES

    (a) Project

    i. Ensure timely completion of projects undertaken according to project master programme

    ii. To reduce customer complaint i.e. Client or Consultant Non-Conformance Report to less than three (3) cases per trade per month

    (b) Contract and Procurement

    i. To ensure the Interim Payment Certificate is obtained within one (1) month or within contract condition upon submission of the Progress Claim based on the contract terms

    ii. To reduce supplier quality problem i.e. wrongly deliver, unable to deliver, late delivery, material damages, prompt enquiry (Supplier Non-Conformance Report) to less than three (3) cases per trade per month

    (c) Human Resources

    i. Provide an average five (5) hours training per department annually
